• Only payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing using a payment method registered under a third party's name is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

Betting Limits

• Bonus Abuse: Using bonuses without meeting wagering requirements or deliberately circumventing bonus conditions.
• Fraud: Providing false information, identity fraud, or any other fraudulent activity.

Baji123 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms and Conditions are violated.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• As required by a court order or regulatory authority.

Self-Closure

• If a bet is missed due to a lost or slow internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment methods.

Baji123's maximum liability in any case is limited to the total value of the transaction in question.
